Refund Policy

Our refund policy from the services that we offer is the following:

 24 hours in advance,

• The refund will only be possible if the cancellation is made 24 hours in advance from the start of the services booked. 

• If the cancellation is made before 24 the refund will be parcial and the company will hold 15% of the service/s full amount.​

 

 7 days in advance,

• The refund will be full if the cancellation is made 7 days before the start of the services booked.

​

In case of any refund, the company will refund you by bank transfer in the following 14 days, providing a payment proof from the bank to the customer by email address or by phone number.
